1.  PRICING - The first thing I like to do is price your home correctly. I will provide information from the MLS system, personally reviewing each listing for sale to see how it compares. I like to call pending listings to find the details about the sale of those homes. Afterall, the buyers of that house are going to be similar to the buyers of your house. I want to make sure you get the full value for your home…the maximum price in the minimum time.

2.  MARKET PREP & STAGING – My many years of experience with home renovation and interior design lends me a great eye for quick easy staging ideas. I will go through your home and discuss any possible needed repairs or cosmetic work.  We will then determine with you, if professional staging is needed or offer our suggestions on what you can do to "prep" your home yourself - i.e. clear out clutter, paint a few walls, make some cosmetic improvements, clean up the landscape, etc. 

3.  PRE-INSPECTION – I recommend pre-inspections.  I believe in a pro-active and informative approach when it comes to negotiating a purchase contract.  Knowing any problems up front cuts down on unnecessary negotiations and stress.

4.  PHOTOGRAPHY – The language of real estate is photography. I will arrange for professional photographs of your home.  The photos on my website reflect the quality of photography that my photographers are capable of.
